My personal tips for an unforgettable stay in Lucerne:

Lucerne is a world-famous city, and you probably already know about the most well-known sights. That's why I'm going to tell you about my very personal favorite Lucerne experiences here:

Visit the Lucerne weekly market on Tuesday or Saturday with its many stands with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and much more.  My favorite flower stand there sells special roses from Weggis and the best tulips and amaryllis ever - ask me and I'll tell you where you can find them.

Take a walk across Spreuerbrücke and look at the river Reuss and the old town – unlike the famous Kappelbrücke, the Spreuerbrücke is really old and authentic.

Visit the famous Rosengart Museum with its collection of modern classics by Picasso, Klee, Miró, Chagall, Matisse, Braque, and Fernand Léger.

If the opportunity arises, be sure to see a concert in the KKL, one of the best concert halls in the world. We will gladly help you to buy tickets.

Visit the Musegg Wall with its towers and see the city from above.

Take a boat trip on Lake Lucerne and visit the Rigi, the "Queen of Mountains". From up there, the view of the lake and surrounding region is truly sensational.

And if you have a little more time and energy, I recommend a walk along the lake to Meggenhorn Castle.
